This workshop draws on ancient Tibetan healing practices to do something simple: get your energy moving again. These techniques have been used for centuries because they work. They're practical, they're gentle, and you'll be able to use them on yourself and your family the same day.
What you'll learn
Whole Body and Accurate Muscle Testing: The foundation of everything. You'll learn to ask your body direct questions and get honest answers. Not what your mind thinks , what your body actually knows. Both whole body self-testing (no partner, no equipment, works anywhere) and accurate indicator muscle testing are covered, including how to identify the emotion connected to any disturbance.
Figure 8 Energy Flow: Your body runs on eighteen major figure 8 energy patterns, plus twelve smaller ones across the head and trunk, two small ones on the top of the head and soles of the feet, and specific sites at joints, skin, and organs. When these are disturbed you feel fatigued, off, spaced out, or in pain. You'll learn to test each pattern, identify the emotion connected to the disturbance, clear it, and restore flow. Results can include pain relief, reduced swelling, greater flexibility, improved vision, and sharper mental clarity. You'll also learn how to apply figure 8 work to learning disorders and integration stress.
The Healing Power of Sound: The Tibetans have long understood that specific frequencies interact with the body's energy centres. You'll learn the seven chakras, their associated sounds, and how to use vocalisation to clear repressed stress and increase general energy, including how to use muscle testing to identify which chakra needs clearing first.
Spiral Energy Flow: An energy vortex above the head that can be used to quieten an overwhelmed, overstimulated nervous system, or to lift and increase life energy when you're flat. Tibetan monks have used this technique for centuries.
The Spinning Vortices: Seven energy centres described by Tibetan medicine that revolve at speed in a healthy body. When they slow down, aging and decline follow. You'll learn the Five Tibetan Vitality Exercises, a simple daily practice of spinning and movement that takes 5–10 minutes and is designed to keep the vortices active. These exercises have been around for thousands of years for good reason.
Tibetan Meridian Activation: Stimulating two meridians running from pubic bone to eyes using a series of three figure 8 patterns, which gives many people an immediate energy boost.
Nutrition for Energy and Vitality: What modern agricultural methods have done to our food, what your diet is actually doing to your energy levels, and what to eat, avoid, and supplement to support your body long-term.
These tools work on you. They work on your kids, your partner and your friends. Once you have them, you'll find yourself reaching for them constantly, not because you're supposed to, but because they actually work.
